Head Coach - Alikhan Popat
In short, Alikhan is the reason this organization even exists.
He's a Kitchener native and graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours in Global Studies in 2011. Alikhan is currently a National Children's License qualified coach and is currently completing his National B License with Canada Soccer. His experience includes coaching with Arsenal’s Development Programs and Community Coaching Programs from 2011-2013. As part of his coaching stint with Arsenal Football Club, Alikhan was sent by the club to work with two local football academies which were located in both India and Tanzania respectively.
Alikhan is a globe trotter and in between running our programming he manages a not for profit, Football for the World Foundation. If you want to book 1 on 1 sessions with him (highly recommended) we suggest you get on his calendar before the Arsenal F.C. game schedule is public!
