FFTW Development is proud to announce that it has partnered with Watford Football Club - a professional club currently playing in the English Premier League.
With this partnership, Watford F.C. will be hosting at least one ID camp in the Kitchener/Waterloo region this summer with the option of more camps and opportunities for FFTW players as well as players of other clubs/academies in the region.
As part of the ID camp, a lucky few individuals will be chosen to go and train in London with Watford and get an experience to find out what it means to train at the top level and see if they have what it takes.
The partnership also allows FFTW Development coaches to get training from Watford Academy coaches as well as allows FFTW Development players with further opportunities to travel to London and get experience with the club.
Academy Head Coach, Alikhan Popat had this to say about the opportunity to partner with Watford F.C., "It is an absolute pleasure to have been able to have the opportunity to work with Watford F.C. and their academy coaches for both our players through FFTW Development and also the possibility for other players in the region as well. As these opportunities to do not come all the time in Canada and specifically in Kitchener/Waterloo, it is an opportunity for all players to take the most out of it and learn from some top academy coaches from a Premier League club and also have a chance to get an experience back in London with Watford F.C. which could be once in a lifestyle chance if they are chosen at our ID camp.
